The google directions to the hotel from the north are just plain wrong,lucky the hotel is close to airport or could be difficult to find

Difficult to find! We did not expect it to be in an industrial area. However, this did not detract from what is an excellent hotel experience.
Some of the staff (the female night receptionist and the server in the resturant) were very good to me and gave really good service. The pool was great, good excercise.
There is still a lot of finishing that needs to be done to the hotel. The male staff need an education on how they treat people, I didn't like be questioned about everything, not good customer service to justify things that were done prior.

The hotel was not finished during our stay and the swimming pool/spa were not ready yet. The staff was very apologetic about this and this should be a pleasant little hotel for a family to unwind in once it is finished.
very friendly staffs, very clean, very close to the auckland airport so it was convenient travelling to the airport.
we went to bed around 2am and there were people outside the room, in the corridor making noise for half an hour. would've been better if people werent making noise/ having conversation/ laughing. but overall very pleasant hotel to stay.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are brand new, clean and had everything I needed. It was quiet, bed was very comfortable. To access shuttle you just need to wait for the yellow/green bus that pulls up outside Auckland International every half hour. Good service. Great stay, would definitely stay there again.
Close to airport
Hotel is new so has teething problems. Pool was yet to open. No extra parking if going on holiday have to go next door. Had problems with toilet blockage and shower flood Was not offered a discounted rate or refund. Was charged $26.00 for breakfast when package booked said $19.00.Would not stay here again and will write to the hotel although they said they would contact us but havent received anything as yet.
THe hotel was a beautifully appointed, recently opened. Hotel. We were just sorry we did not get more chance to check out its facilities including its very smart looking restaurant.
Slightly unusual having two double beds in a room with no apparent way to join them.. ..
Friendly bar staff,and good food coupled the excellent facilities and peroximity to the International Airport.
Scaffolding that was loose and left to sway during the night,creating a lot of noise and banging that could have been avoided if the scaffolding contractors had taken more care. We were suprised that the foxtel progammes did not include the the fox business or cnbc business programmes.

Our room was incomplete. The television did not work, workmanship of the building was poor. When we needed a ride from the airport back to the hotel the phone number given on the e-mail was not the one for the hotel desk, we had to catch a cab at $20.00, when we should have been picked up as promised.

I got a personal email, "Dear Mr xxx, Please advise your flight details so I can arrange a shuttle pick up for you. Once booked I will email you confirmation and more information regarding the shuttle procedure. Regards, Helen Anderson | Reservations Agent" That was great, really impressive. So I emailed my flight details (arriving at midnight). I got no confirmation. There was no shuttle waiting. I had to get a cab and pay for it myself. When I complained to the desk clerk on check in, he denied that the hotel "arranged shuttle pick-ups" and that I was wrong to have expected this. Paying for my cab would have been the least you could have done in the circumstances. Just smiling and shrugging isn't good customer care. A pity really, because everything else was spot on.
