Check-in was early. the hotel was relaxing. - the location was fantastic, on the last stop of the yellow bus line. - the staff was genuinely helpful and incredibly helpful. - Wake-up service and ironing were offered free of charge.

The value for money at Sudima was beyond expectations. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped with coffee and tea. The location was convenient for the airport, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast delights, but could benefit from a refreshed menu with more variety.

The bathroom at Sudima was exceptionally clean, with no scum in the grout and everything spotless. The reception staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The bed was also very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay at Sudima Auckland Airport and would recommend it to others.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and professional staff, the clean and well-equipped rooms, and the inviting indoor heated pool. The yellow bus conveniently picks up from the hotel for early flights. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel experience during Christmas. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and easily accessible. Loved the excellent indoor swimming pool and the availability of a bath in the room. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and the provided iron and ironing board were convenient. Plus, the environmentally friendly policy of skipping room cleaning if desired was appreciated.

Also, the room that was initially given to us was not what we had booked, but the reception staff eventually resolved the issue. It would have been better if there was a desk in the room for those staying longer than overnight.
